Gastone CRM Italia is a subsidiary of Gastone CRM Group LTD. It has been operating for 15 years at the top end of the software sector and, in early 2010, was the subject of a thorough reorganization designed to meet the new challenges of international market and with the intent to replicate abroad the undisputed Italian leadership.
The Gastone Group CRM consists of two divisions: the "technical-technological" and "Educational".
The "Technical and Technological Division" refers to Gastone CRM LTD, based in London, in addition to being the parent company of the Group, aims to form a sales network and partner companies throughout the EU, aiming at both penetrating in European markets and the diffusion of best practices and operating philosophies of Relationship Marketing.
Throughout the country, the "division" can count on Gastone CRM Italia Srl, which has its headquarters in Collecchio, in the heart of Food Valley in Parma. Gastone CRM Italia has defined new standards in customer relationship management relational systems. Its applications are used daily by large and small government, foundations and sports clubs, from micro-enterprises as well as from corporate and franchise networks. Thanks Gastone in Collecchio and its research team, our CRM has become a critically acclaimed and established "business tool".
The "Education Division" is part of the Gastone School Italia Srl. It's the latest addition to the Group and is based in L'Aquila. The Gastone School focuses on training, special communication projects and unconventional marketing. Together with Gastone CRM Italia it keeps relations with the Italian universities and research centers in order to develop new technologies and advanced theories in the "relational communication".

The team, operating since 1997, designs and builds web applications that can interact in a single system to the latest TLC technologies in order to obtain dynamic applications to satisfy the needs of our customers by ensuring the maximum usability and ease of use.
The experience gained in recent years, combined with a passion for technology, are the stimulus that have allowed the creation of Gastone CRM. A new concept of Customer Relationship Management can provide real solutions in terms of loyalty and relationship management and communications via email, SMS, FAX and paper mail.
