The relational data base is composed of individual records showing the personal details, picture and preferences of stakeholders regarding products and services offered by your company.

From every e-card, in addition to managing the tasks and "trouble-ticket", you can directly send post, faxes, emails and text messages with proof of delivery, either straight away or by scheduling a date and time when the saved communication will be sent automatically.
